DREAMS WITHIN DREAMS
BOOK 1 OF THE DREAMING SERIES
|
| The setting of this story is an alluring and intoxicating dream landscape. Lost and confused, Aidan and Effie agree to help each other find their way within a bewildering floral maze that appears to form repetitive patterns. They seek help from an old man named Hans, but all is not what it seems.
|
| Hans, and his partner Una, lead them to confront all they know about themselves, the reason and purpose for the life they have chosen together, their pledge to help each other and how their lives fit in the big picture of possibilities.
|
| They are led to explore a number of dreams and possibilities for the future. But is it the future? Many believe that time is one dimensional and that the future results from the past. But does it? Can Aidan and Effie choose to meet in a reality that is not is the reality you and I currently share?
|
| Read Dreams within Dreams to find out what they explore together as they come to terms with helping each other and their counterparts focused in other realities. |

Raves & Reviews
| “ery imaginative—really just an amazing read.” -- Bob. Cairns. Qld |
| “This was something new to me that I wouldn’t usually choose myself. I told my friend, who records her dreams in a dream diary, that she would be interested in the themes of this book. I think it is a clever way to bring spirituality and the study of dreams into a story that is both interesting and inspiring. I have found myself remembering lines from ‘Child of the Universe,’ and concepts from the book in day to day life.” -- Jess. Brisbane. Qld |
| “I found the book enchanting and loved how the dreams within dreams intertwined with each other. It was hard to put down and it grabbed me right from the start. I found it very thought provoking and was thoroughly enjoyable to read. Are we able to record our own dreams? This book is very different to what I normally read—I loved it and I have already recommended it to others. Count us in for the book launch. I look forward to reading Allan’s future books.” -- Betty. Sunshine Coast. Qld |
| "I read the first five chapters and the concept notes for the initial draft and really enjoyed that. Then, Allan gave me a copy of the first print ready draft and I couldn’t put it down—I really enjoyed it. Currently, I am reading the final typescript, which is so much better. A really good read. A book Allan can be proud of; a book I am proud to have contributed to and have on my bookshelf. I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next two books of the series." -- Wendy. Bathurst. NSW |
| "This book really made me think about the spiritual part of us and life. It was very exciting—the ideas were so new to me and I found myself fascinated to find out what was going to happen next. As I read this delightful story, I felt it was truth coming through the pages and educating me about the finer qualities of our spiritual lives. I have really enjoyed the story and I keep coming back to it—there is so much in it to think about.
The thought that Aidan and Effie, and their counterparts, are alive in different realities at the same time, is a really interesting concept and makes you think. Will Aidan and Effie actually find each other? Will they find their way back to the garden? I can’t wait to follow their adventures together in the next book. A very unusual and powerful book indeed." -- Rosina. Caloundra. Qld |
"As two dream travellers share their exploratory journey of purpose, their insights lead the reader to reflect on their own journey—a timely reminder of deep connections to our inner psyche, to one another and the universe. An awakening to awareness and a new way of seeing ourselves and our unique place in the creative whole that surrounds us.
Allan gave me a copy of the draft manuscript to review almost eighteen months ago and I keep coming back to it. There is so much in this precious book to share with others, or to enjoy by yourself. It is a real treasure. A must read for everyone who wants to understand their life and their place in the world. I can’t wait to find out how Allan has changed the story from the original, and how the themes weave together throughout the entire series." -- Carolyn. Perth. WA |
| "I didn’t get it. None of it. Maybe it was just my headspace at the time, but it was far too deep for me . . . way over my head. But my mother really loved it and worse still, keeps reminding me that certain challenges that keep re-presenting in my life, are ‘just like in Allan’s book.’ Thanks mum." -- Paul. Sydney. NSW |
